24 EMs / 6-24 NGOs (1-4 Trainees / NGO)

Salary & Remuneration

• HK$15,000/trainee/month plus 5% MPF (employer contribution)
• The Government will provide subsidy to cover 100% of the salary plus MPF, i.e.  HK$15,750/trainee/month to each participating NGO on reimbursement basis

Core components of programme

• Employer Engagement Orientation
• 22 hours compulsory pre-employment orientation to provide trainees with basic understanding on workplace environment and culture 
• Bi-monthly meeting with other trainees (12-18 hours in total)
• Bi-monthly meeting with mentors (12-18 hours in total)
• Showcasing events
• Apprenticeship by line managers, mentors and work peers/buddies

For Social Service Sector Trainee

Requirement

• EM youth
• Degree / Sub-degree in all disciplines of studies / HKDSE certificate holder 
• Strong passion in developing career in service industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• With positive attitude to understand the working culture in Hong Kong
• Good command of spoken and written English will be preferred 
• Fair command of spoken and written Chinese will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office will be preferred

Salary

$15,000/month/trainee (Including 5% MPF cost)

Current Status

The application is already closed. All trainees have started their training and traineeship in the successfully applied NGOs.
